Taking a former 4500sqft bank in Urmston town centre, our team skilfully converted it into 8 stunning apartments. Our London client has a wide range of investment property across the North West and the brief was simple, create homes that will last.

8 months and plenty of hurdles later we were proud to handover the completed project. We have since been informed the block achieved +20% higher rental return than the market was achieving due to the incredible spaces we helped create.
