Our team has the capacity to take on contracts ranging up to £5M and we specialise in providing high quality construction services. New Builds
New build construction is our speciality. One of our founding partners has been developing new build housing for over 40 years, with developments ranging from luxury one off’s to 400 affordable unit schemes. Over the years we have built a phenomenal network of professionals to assist with new build construction; ranging from our Architectural partners to our Quantity Surveyors, we will make sure your project comes in on time and within agreed budgets.
Extensions & Refurbishments
We cover all aspects of residential construction. Our services range from general construction to new build developments and we specialise in design & build, extensions/refurbishments and conversion projects across the North West. We have 40 years combined experience in residential construction.
Commercial
One of our founding partners has worked specifically in commercial fitout for over 10 years and successfully completed a huge amount of projects for SME businesses around Greater Manchester.Our commercial services range from fit out to new build, please get in touch with any enquiries or for our current program.
Project Management
We have a team of dedicated project managers that work with you from concept to completion, working closely with the build team, quantity surveyors and architects to ensure your project completes within budget and the agreed program.
Design & Planning
We are here to assist from concept to completion, having a huge network of industry professionals we have been working with for over 15 years, including some of the most renowned architects in the region. If you need assistance with planning advice, we have also worked closely with a very established planning consultancy for a number of years.
